This consultation is conducted over the phone and does not require a full health history evaluation. The session lasts up to 60 minutes, depending on the situation and concerns being addressed.

You will receive practical suggestions, recommendations, and guidance that can help support your healing journey and daily wellness routine.

This option is ideal for individuals who need focused support for specific concerns without booking a full comprehensive consultation.
