   PROBIOTIC STRAINS USED:
  Lactobacillus acidophilus, NAS super strain, 2 billion CFU per 1/2 level teaspoon

• You can take between 1/2 teaspoon  a day or more if needed 

• You can also use it as a vaginal suppository by mixing 1/2 teaspoon Superdophilus with 1 teaspoon slippery or 1 teaspoon marshmallow root and 1 teaspoon coconut or shea butter. Keep it in the fridge or freezer.
