 1 capsule 3 times  dally can be increased to 2 capsules 3 times daily . After initials days, preferably at the same times each day, take capsule 15-30 minutes before meal with a cup of water or juice  (apple . orange, grape, or cranberry). Keep a 15-30 minute interval before
